FAQ

Questions designers ask us first.

If yours isn't here, call the warehouse. Someone who does the work will answer.

How does receiving work?
You list us as the ship-to address on your purchase orders. We accept the freight, unpack it, inspect and photograph every piece, then log it to your client and project. You get a report, and the goods wait here until install day.
How is storage billed?
By the space you actually use, monthly, with no annual commitment. Small project storage is billed per item or per pallet; larger programs are quoted by rack or floor space.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We photograph the carton and the piece, note the damage in detail, and get it to you the same business day with the carrier paperwork you need to file a claim. Nothing damaged goes to a client site unless you tell us to.
Do you assemble and repair furniture?
Yes. We assemble casegoods, beds, tables and sectionals in the warehouse, and handle light touch-ups so small blemishes don't reach your client.
What are your receiving hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 3:00, with after-hours receiving available by appointment. Deliveries and will-call pickups are scheduled in advance.
Can you unload shipping containers?
Yes. Our dock is high and container capable. Send us the ETA and packing list and we'll schedule the devan, palletize, and piece-count against your manifest.
How far do you deliver?
Weekly routes across Central Oregon, scheduled runs to Portland and the Puget Sound, and outbound LTL or crated freight nationwide.
Do you work with homeowners, or only trade?
Our programs are built for interior designers, studios, importers and showrooms. We do take on private projects case by case. Ask us.
How long can you hold a project?
As long as you need. Some projects sit for a week, others for the better part of a year while a build finishes.
Do I get an inventory report?
Yes. Counts, photos and locations, organized by client and project, sent on the cadence you prefer.

Ready to hand off receiving?

Tell us what's coming and when you need it. We'll shape a program around your projects.
